Voltrixy™ Return & Refund Policy

At Voltrixy™, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be in its original packaging
- Include all accessories and manuals (if applicable)
Proof of purchase may be required before a return is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- A brief explanation of the issue
We will review your request and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Products being exchanged must meet our return eligibility requirements.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because they changed their mind or ordered the wrong product.
If the return is due to our error (incorrect item, damaged item, or defective product), Voltrixy™ will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may qualify for a return under this policy.
